Welcome to Words Of Wisdom! We are committed to providing you with high-quality print-on-demand products. Our goods are shipped from our factory located on mainland Europe, and our business is based in Ireland. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.
2. Processing Time
Order Processing: Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 5 - 7 business days. This includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.
Production Time: As our products are made to order, production time may vary depending on the item. Typically, production takes 3-7 business days.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or postal service disruptions.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping method selected. You will see the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase. Most of our shipping is included in the cost shown so no need for you to add on the additional cost of shipping. It will be shipped as a Standard Shipping, however if you need to change to Express Shipping then do email us with your query to wordsofwisdom.ie@gmail.com
5. International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times may vary depending on the destination country. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. Queries can be answered via the Chat button on our site.
7. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize that you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at wordsofwisdon.ie@gmail.com to update your information.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at wordsofwisdon.ie@gmail.com so we can assist you in locating it. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
